Xls2htm allows converting © Excel Sheets to *.htm Dokuments (batch mode). Although this option is offered by © Microsoft Excel as well, xls2htm.exe is worth testing, because it writes standard HTML Code. The command line is easy:

xls2htm.exe xls-file [/q] [/nowrap]
